I created this website on behalf of Ingrid. Ingrid wanted a website where her paintings could be found on the internet as she intends to sell them. She wanted the website to be ready before she starts exhibiting.

I started by listing the pages Ingrid wanted to have on her website:

• About Ingrid page
• Paintings page
• Contact page

Color palette

I opted for a black and white color palette because Ingrid's paintings are very colorful themselves, so I thought if you have colors on your website as well, it would detract from each other.

After I had a clear understanding of the pages she wanted on her website, I began sketching.

building the website

Once I understood Ingrid's requirements and we had agreed on a plan, I started building the website for her. Every three weeks, we had a meeting to review my progress and discuss any changes in her requirements.
